We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 on all orders.
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We use UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.
Shipping usually takes just a few days however we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Shipping or transit times offered to you by us should be considered estimates. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused.
Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.
Shipping is not refundable on returns. A 20% restocking fee may apply on all non-damaged items that are returned.
All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns and shipment mistakes also require a RMA number.
Perfumes and Colognes are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these products.
